Quarter the tomatillos and sauté them with the garlic and serrano. I use about 15 tomatillos per one serrano. After they are soft, add them to the blender along with cumin, cilantro, and lime. Blend to desired consistency.
This one is a nice fresh salsa verde. I served it at my wedding as part of the salsa bar, so I know from trial by fire that this is a winning recipe
