Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Worcestershire
  • Orange juice (I juice the oranges)
  • Lemon/lime juice
  • Apple Cider vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Cumin
  • Garlic
  • Jalapeño or Serrano peppers, seeded and minced
  • Cilantro
  • Meat (I use flank steak or chicken)

Instructions

This one’s easy to make, just add all the ingredients together, and then marinade the meat for at least 24 hours!

Couple notes: I use a lot of orange juice (it’s probably 90% of the liquid used), and the rest of the liquids should be used sparingly, roughly equal parts. As far as spices go, I typically add a lot of garlic, cumin, cilantro, and jalapeño. It doesn’t need that much sugar, and it’s easy to add too much.
